With over 17 years of experience as lead carpenter in the custom building industry Todd began his critical apprenticeship with Do It Right Construction in Missouri building doors and trim for 150 condo units. Taking classes in business management Todd felt he could utilize his studies in his passion for building.
After three years as business owner in Vermont, Todd came south to Greenville, SC to work for the building firm Action. There, Todd managed and coordinated presale and post sale repairs on spec homes where blueprints existed. This gave him further experience as the person responsible for the customer’s satisfaction after the purchase of the home. He was in the position to “fix everything in the entire house” which included everything from coordinating subcontractors, HVAC’s, plumber’s, roofer’s, framer’s to sheetrock installation and painters. Establishing himself in the Greenville area over the past seven years he has taken this valuable experience and his focus for detail to forge his own enterprise Todd’s Home Touch, whose business has steadily increased over the last two years.
